I'm not really a wuss. Here is the elevation for the race. Ironic, no, that my legs began cramping when I had to run flat for too long (2 miles)?! And here is the weather warning (I was in THE HILL COUNTRY):

But the airport across from the park where we started/finished registered 30+ mph gusts.
