The bad news: it is still HOT and my air conditioner died
The good news: it was just a bad wire in the a/c and it rained for almost 10 minutes on Wednesday
No races this weekend, but continued heat - just in the high 90s - it is practically a cold front. Tomorrow brings a 15-miler, which I have not run since January. It should feel like this:
